What you'll get:

  • Understanding the Digestive System
  • Digestive Movement Milestones
  • 6 Steps to Relieve Constipation

One of the true culprits for toddlers is the lack of nursing during a child's months. From NICU stay's, surgery, and personal choice, a child doesn't get that experience. However, there are tons of developmental movement patterns that are meant to happen. A biggy is the body's ability to eliminate. Movement Lesson promotes intestinal transit!

Q &A

Q:"My son has started having clusters of focal seizures - all linked by constipation in the 36 hours beforehand (also a temperature). He is normally very regular (2-3 BM per day). Would the constipation course help with these occurrences? Do I need to be able to get my son to lie still to work with him in this way? Thank you."

A: "Hello - first of all, I would love to say yes because it does help with constipation and regularity. It's very gentle. Adds movement to the lower bowels. If this doesn't work - I would simply refund your money. Lying still is not a requirement but it helps. The course can be done while your child is sleeping too."

Q: Will this course be helpful for a child who’s main problem is low muscle tone causing the constipation?

A:Oh absolutely. My son is hypotonic. It’s perfect! If not, you can get a full refund.

Q: How much time do you need to work per day for constipation?

A: It depends. If you are working through a medication. I would do daily for two weeks to get the regularity of bowel function. If it's a true, one-time constipation - one run thru of the course should do it.

Such a good course works like a magic 💩 button

I bought this course as Claudia Deniss suggested and it worked very well for both of my children! I highly recommend it. Just a question I had a cesarean section. Can I do it to myself ? Michelle Turner, 'Yes, absolutely.'

Jane had been doing great with regularity of bowel movements, but we had to add another anti-seizure med with a side effect of constipation. It’s helping but it’s like her bowel movements are nonexistent now 😫 I’ve been through most of the hands-on videos in the course and this week plan to go through the content. I was antsy to get my hands on her correctly. It’s like it has slowed her whole digestive system as she is constantly burping like she is overly full (she isn’t it will happen in the morning when she hasn’t eaten for close to 12 hours). Will the techniques be effective if the issue is caused by medication? When I work with her, I feel no gurgles...a couple of hard spots now and again so I concentrate on those. No audible passing of gas, but something must be escaping because I do notice an odor. I’m so frustrated. If it isn’t one thing it’s another. Great news!! Yesterday she had 1 bowel Movement and today she had 2! She is also passing gas when before she wasn’t.

I have been using this course while transitioning my infant daughter from nursing to a formula. It's been nice to be able to avoid laxatives. She started pooping the same day I started the course. I have also been using the techniques on my two-year-old, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). She takes a laxative every day. With this course, she is becoming less laxative dependent. The steps are so simple; anyone can do it.

After watching this I worked with a client, age 18 years, suffers from severe diseases of the immune system, does not walk or stand independently. Has had problems with constipation and constant abdominal pain after a recent surgery. Describes the lessons as very pleasant, constipation not yet completely gone, but after 2 lessons has no more abdominal pain... good for a start 🌺
