You Can't Muscle Through Something You Can't Do!

You were told you need more muscle to increase stamina.
What if I told you to increase stamina = to less friction/force
Here’s what we don’t know about gravity.
1- the origin of gravity.
2- how we organize within gravity.
3 - how to interact with it.
4 - the immature to mature levels of interaction.
Even though the human body is not organized for exterior movements, most observations of accomplishments are valued by exterior performances? Why is that? Functional movement is movement that goes through all major and minor organs. To have more movement, a person needs more stamina. Most people view stamina as power. For instance, you may often hear people claim that, “I need to work out a lot harder for more endurance.” What if I told you that if you reduce friction, you have more stamina? One’s ability to move better with rotational movements in opposition to gravity equates to less friction in those movements.
Currently, there are no artificial representations for artificial gravity, which is needed for torque presentation. More importantly, each astronaut needs to be evaluated for their mass distribution and stress in mathematical coordination, as personal rotational ratios need to take priority over standard body mass index BMI, range of motion, strength, and stamina. Expecting astronauts to respond to a g-force, these principles can be expected for the most efficient response. If you were to hit, I would naturally want to hit back. This is a primal experience of force-to-force response. This is not the way a body creates movement, only how it responds with applied force.
My 18th theory of biological gravity: In living beings, when the mass supersedes the might, the mass will prevail.
