Questions like:
* What should be available?
* What stage is emerging?
* What developmental references should exist?
This is developmental sequencing.
04 — Eye Function: This is where the Turner Eye Matrix belongs.
Things like:
* Tracking
* Fixation
* Conjugate gaze
* Blink timing
* Peripheral awareness
* Vertical/horizontal movement
