What does a Full Visual Evaluation Look Like?
- Detailed functional visual assessment based on the DSFVA as per the videos submitted
- Review delivered to you in the form of a video where Michelle talks you through your child's visual needs
- Michelle will request your child's visual evaluation from an Ophthalmologist if you have one. (To get the most out of your review this is recommended)
- Guidance on what you need to do next for your child's visual needs
Remember, vision is the first gap of information your chid needs to connect for full movement development. Eyes respond to movement and therefore create muscle functions to counteract with every motion.
What does a Vision Require of Your Child and You?
- You will be responsible for filling out an in-take form about your child's development and vision
- Google drive folder containing 5 videos (approximately 12 minutes) of your child. These videos must contain vision, speech/feeding skills, 3 movement/play skills. Email the folder link to [email protected] (video guidelines will be emailed to you 3-5 business days after purchasing the service)
- Michelle will go over your videos, via screen record. Session will also include her personal Diamond Scale Functional Visual Assessment™. The file will be privately posted back into the shared Google drive folder explaining your child's visual needs.
